2. Once orders received, email confirmation will be sent to advise amount payable of the items.

3. For IN-STOCK ITEMS, it will take approximately 3 working days to be delivered at your mailing address once payment received.

4. For PRE-ORDER ITEMS, items will be placed every 10th, 20th & 30th of the month.

Depending on the arrival of shipment to vontinyheaven, approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Thereafter, it will take approximately 5 working days to be delivered at your mailing address.

We will keep you updated on the arrival of the shipment for pre-order items.

5. Please note all orders will only be processed only when payment received.
