Exchange & Refund Policies

We promise to provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here. All items will go through Quality Check before posting out to customers.

An exchange will be made only if:

• The color of the product we delivered is not the color you have ordered.

• The size and or size of the product we delivered are not what you have ordered.

• Singapore buyers please return within 7 working days.

• Overseas buyers please return within 2 weeks.

• Overdue returns will not be processed.
  

A full refund will be made if:

• The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
  

Please note we do NOT refund for reasons as such:-

• Personal reason as such; Not good looking, dislike the color, color difference, fabric not high-quality enough, not comfortable to wear, not as pretty as expected, too transparent, too large or too small.
  

• Products that are unpacked, washed and worn.

• Discounted products；
